5080 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 5080 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users of the 5080 platform, including visitors, registered users, and premium users. 5080 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all active accounts on the 5080 platform.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of 5080 services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning more than one account may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 5080 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.

• The minimum age to register is 18 years old.
• Personal information provided must match valid identification documents.
• The use of VPNs or identity-masking software is prohibited during registration and transactions.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

5080 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any unlawful activity, fraud, system manipulation, or platform abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking attempts, the use of automated bots, bonus abuse, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the 5080 platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. 5080 makes no representation that its content or services are appropriate or available in all geographic locations.

Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, pricing display errors, or abnormal system conditions is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the relevant transactions and the closure of the account.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the 5080 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers, TNG e-wallet, and FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in your account, subject to successful identity verification. 5080 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there are signs of suspicious activity or if applicable bonus requirements have not been met.

Users are responsible for paying any taxes or duties imposed by local authorities in relation to their winnings or transactions. 5080 does not act as a tax agent on behalf of users.

5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy

5080 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. 5080's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

5080 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms, any remaining funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments

All content on the 5080 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 5080 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 5080.

The 5080 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. 5080 does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

5080 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
